INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb. Ground Chuck
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Pepper
2 sm. Cans Tomato Sauce
1 sm. Onion Chopped
3 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 pt. Sour Cream
9 oz. Thin Egg Noodles, cooked
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Steps:
1.) Brown and drain beef
2.) Add salt, sugar, pepper, and tomato sauce
3.) Simmer for 15 minutes
4.) Cream together onion, cream cheese, and sour cream
5.) Using a lightly greased 9x12 inch baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, and sour cream. Repeat.
6.) Top with cheddar cheese
7.) Bake about 25 minutes in 350 oven
